Accepted Payment Methods

Payment is secure and easy through the integrated payment gateway, Stripe. Through Stripe, you are able to pay with Visa (credit and debit cards) MasterCard (credit and debit cards) and American Express.

Delivery Information

Postage costs £4.40. We post our orders via Royal Mail First Class Signed For delivery. Orders should be received within a few days from dispatch. We aim to dispatch within 1 working day.

During busy times (such as Christmas) delivery can take a bit longer. If you haven't received your order within 10 working days, please get in touch

Currently, we only deliver in the UK (including Northern Ireland). 

At Buttercrumble, we always hope you are pleased with your order. However, if you are unsatisfied, please do get in touch and we will provide you with a returns address. 

Returns should be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items should be returned in their original condition with presentation box (if applicable). We will then arrange a refund for you (excluding delivery fees). 

If the product is a ticket for a workshop, it may be refunded up to 14 days before the date of the event. If you would like to refund your ticket, please inform us as soon as possible. No refunds may be made after the workshop has been attended.
