As twins, we were born team players and truly understand the power of community. We truly enjoy bringing people's visions to life.
About the founders
Abigail (born in the sunny seaside town of Scarborough) co-founded Buttercrumble with her twin sister, Chloe. Illustration has always appealed to Abigail's creative side because she could draw whatever she wished without limits. Today she helps to solve problems and create stories with the aid of graphic design and illustration.
She is a speaker and advocate for the creative industry, sharing her thoughts across her home country of Yorkshire, London, and Spain. Abigail has also been quoted in The Telegraph, Modern Work, and Forbes.
Chloe has spearheaded many business-to-business projects, using her broad experience to structure and direct teams. Before starting Buttercrumble, Chloe worked in a PR agency designing for FTSE 100 companies before moving in-house to design commercial ranges for crafters. She is a creative problem-solver who leverages her experience in design, management, marketing, and business development to deliver results.
Chloe is a graduate and scholar at the University of Leeds. She is passionate about promoting entrepreneurship and creativity and does so with the support of organisations like the British Library, IPSE, and the National Saturday Club. She is also a member of the University of Leeds’ Industry Advisory Board (School of Design).

Born in Leeds, England, Buttercrumble’s roots extend worldwide. From Cannes to Hong Kong, we love to explore new locations, embracing different cultures, proving that we’re not afraid of adventure.
