Live Portrait Illustration at Victoria Gate, Leeds
This month we had the pleasure of setting up our easels in the gorgeous setting of the Victoria Gate shopping centre in Leeds. We were thrilled to take part in their Shopping Affair event which even saw, Strictly Stars, James and Ola Jordan take the stage.
Our role at the Shopping Affair involved illustrating guests. We love performing live illustration at retail events like this because of the smiles we create. Each person received a bespoke portrait which they could take home and treasure forever. The portraits make beautiful mementos and conversation-starters.
Whilst at Victoria Gate, we were amazed by the response we received! It attracted a crowd of interest. Many visitors stopped to watch the drawings in progress.
