Abigail Baldwin
Co-founder
Abigail (born in the sunny seaside town of Scarborough) co-founded Buttercrumble with her twin sister, Chloe. Today, she helps to solve problems and create stories with the aid of graphic design and illustration.She is a speaker and advocate for the creative industry, sharing her thoughts across the UK and beyond. Abigail has also been quoted in The Telegraph, Modern Work, and Forbes.

Chloe Baldwin
Co-founder and Creativity Conductor
Chloe has spearheaded many creative projects, using her broad experience to structure and direct teams. Before starting Buttercrumble, Chloe worked in a PR agency designing for FTSE 100 companies before moving in-house to design commercial ranges for crafters. She is a creative problem-solver who leverages her experience in design, management, marketing, and business development to deliver results. -

Dr Alex Gapud
Special Projects Expert
Alex is a trained anthropologist who supports the team with research and specialist guidance, especially for HEI projects. He’s our expert community manager.Alex completed a PhD in Social/Cultural Anthropology and was a Teaching Fellow at the University of Edinburgh (and twice awarded Best Tutor). You know you’ll be in safe hands with Alex supporting your project.

Devon Page
Associate
Devon is Buttercrumble’s marketing maestro and expert facilitator. He’s an accomplished chartered marketer (CIM) and PRINCE2® project management specialist. He also lectures at Leeds Trinity University.
Devon brings a fun energy to projects and is certified in methodologies such as LEGO® Serious Play®.
We are global
Born in Leeds, England, Buttercrumble’s roots extend worldwide. From Cannes to Hong Kong, we love to explore new locations, embracing different cultures, proving that we’re not afraid of adventure.
