Announcing our USA Book Tour

We’re setting our sights on the USA! We’re proud to have been awarded a highly competitive bursary through the Creative Export Accelerator programme.

The accelerator (designed by Full Circle and funded by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority) is helping creative entrepreneurs like us gain the confidence to break into international markets.

This bursary means we’ll be heading to the Library of Congress Book Festival and delivering outreach and speaker sessions with women’s business organisations.

Our mission? To position Buttercrumble as the branding agency of choice for female founders in the US. We’ll be using our book, The Brand Power Manifesto, as a key conversation starter.

Our book, dedicated to helping female founders build strong brands, has secured international distribution with major US retailers such as Target and Barnes & Noble.

We’re keen to strengthen our existing relationships in the USA and build new ones in the Washington D.C. area. We truly value the ‘special relationship’ between the UK and the US and the potential for creative collaboration it brings.

Exporting internationally not only builds resilience but also expands our horizons, pushing us to develop more innovative and impactful solutions for our clients.

We know the US branding and marketing industry is highly competitive, but female-led businesses are still underserved.

According to Forbes (2024), women-owned businesses form 39.1% of all US businesses, yet many still struggle with brand visibility. That’s where we can help.

The National Women’s Business Council (2024) reports that women contribute $3.3 trillion to the US economy. Since our studio primarily partners with female business owners—and our book is tailored specifically for them—we believe there’s a sizable opportunity for us in the States.

We’ve already worked with clients across the US, from small independents to global names like Meta, Discover, and Anthropologie, proving there’s a demand for British-led, creative branding services.

This trade mission gives us the chance to maximise the impact of our book launch. We’ll be using The Brand Power Manifesto as a springboard to connect with US businesses and establish ourselves as a thought leader in branding and design.

We’ll be in the US in early September and would love to connect with like-minded organisations while we’re there. Please do get in touch, and let’s meet!
