2025: Our Year In Review
2025’s motto was “find strength in unity”, and we certainly did! We forged new friendships overseas with our trip to the USA’s Library of Congress Festival, as well as strengthening relationships at home. There's been collaboration after collaboration, and y’all kept our spirits high.
Buttercrumble puts heritage at the heart of design
Buttercrumble is championing connection and community through design projects that make history and culture more accessible and engaging. Recent projects have included branding for heritage projects, trail design and illustration.
Food Education at Darley Street Market, with a bit of Buttercrumble
Buttercrumble partnered with FoodSavers to create a bright, engaging illustrated mural on the front of the cookery school, facing the market escalators. The mural celebrates the joy of using local ingredients and sharing food together.
A Feel-good Brand Boost Event
We celebrated the New Year in style this January with the Feel-good Brand Boost event! The event took place at the beautiful Bowcliffe Hall, home to our studio. We had an absolute blast!
2024: Our Year In Review
2024's motto was "rise and shine", and we certainly rose to the occasion with the launch of The Brand Power Manifesto book. Much of the year commemorated this special achievement, and we're so grateful for the opportunity.
2023: Our Year In Review
As 2023 draws to a close once more, we naturally reminisce on the past twelve months. This year’s motto was “Think pink” because we wanted to embrace a young-at-heart spirit. Our studio has been in the pink of condition as we’ve entered our sixth year — where has the time gone?
The team at Buttercrumble are proud to celebrate our new partnership with the University of East Anglia (UEA) and our recent appointment to their Creative Services Framework. We’re a preferred supplier for internal staff teams and researchers for illustration, creative strategy, storyboarding and artworking.
